1. Vietnamese version of the website launched.
2. Article browser push, article search, outgoing email analysis and unsubscribe functions, and improved operation tools added to the website.
3. Sound effects for payment receipt, PINs, and QR codes for NewID data added to NewPay, memory leak problems fixed, and planning/ design started for new version.
4. English version added to NewPay desktop app.
5. NewChain online process review and new version planning completed.

1. Founder Xu Jizhe, and Advisors Theodore Gray and Dr. Hu Dinghe filmed a series of promotional videos for Newton this week.
2. Xu and Hu confirmed their attendance at the 7th International Forum for Clean Energy (Macao). The Newton Foundation is a co-organizer of this Forum, and Dr. Hu is director of its blockchain committee.
Xu will attend a series of its events, and speak at the “smart energy and blockchain energy innovation summit.”
The Forum will be held in Macao from December 11–13, bringing together leaders from the United Nations, the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Macao SAR government, foreign and domestic energy and power departments, diplomatic envoys, industry associations, companies, universities and research organizations to discuss international cooperation in clean/smart energy and its commercialization. The People’s Daily Online, the People’s Political Consultative Conference Network, China Energy News, and other media will report on the conference.
3. On November 6, 2018, Xu discussed more potential Newton applications with the team.

1. The “Newton Open House” has launched! Anyone can register to learn more about the progress of the Newton Project onsite at NewSpace-Sanlitun on November 16.
2. On November 6, 2018, the community organized a special Newton Academy online lecture by a speaker from the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University on “blockchain innovation and the fourth paradigm,” also discussing the Newton White Paper.
3. Newton started new Telegraph groups for Estonia, Israel, and Moldova this week. There are now communities in 32 countries and regions.

Mars Finance published an article this week called “Which public chains are strong? An evaluation of the Newton Project,” explaining its positioning, framework, technological achievements, token model, and team in detail, helping community members deepen their understanding of the project.
