Technical dynamics
1. A new Arabic version of the whitepaper is available for download on Newton official website.
2. We completed the verification nodes decoding and bug fixes of the NewExplorer.
3. We completed the first round of system testing of NewPay 1.0 version and started the product prototype design of the super nodes voting of the NewPay 1.1 version.
4. We completed the prototype development of deploying Fomo3D on NewChain, verifying the feasibility of running the game on NewChain.
Team dynamics
1. On July 31, 2018, Mr. Theodore Gray officially joined the Newton Advisory team to participate in Newton technical architecture design and promote Newton’s technical concepts to the global community.
Mr. Theodore is a tech genius who co-founded Wolfram Research in 1987 with Stephen Wolfram, and in the same year they jointly developed Mathematica. The release of Mathematica marks the beginning of modern technology computing.
Mr. Theodore has worked closely with Mr. Steve Jobs. At the invitation of Mr. Steve Jobs, Mr. Theodore attended the Apple’s annual press conference and delivered a keynote speech.
Mr. Theodore has made outstanding achievements in the scientific and technological field. His joining in Newton will benefit Newton’s technical framework design and facilitate the internationalization of Newton.
2. On July 30, 2018, Mr. Jizhe Xu, the founder of Newton, accepted an exclusive interview with the media such as “Bikuai Finance”.
3. On the evening of August 3rd, 2018, the first annual meeting of the World Blockchain Foundation was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Newton advisor Willson Lee gave a wonderful speech at the meeting and introduced the Newton project to the attended guests. The World Blockchain Foundation was founded by Mr. Willson Lee in 2016 to improve public awareness of the blockchain through education and activities.
4. On August 4, 2018, Mr. Haifeng Ye, the Newton cornerstone investor, organized a Newton business seminar in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, which attracted a large number of merchants’ interests in entering NewMall and consulted about the matter of entering Newmall. Before the seminar, Mr. Haifeng Ye accepted an exclusive interview with “Altitude Financial” to spread the logic, concept, mission, goals and progress of the Newton project to more people.
Community dynamics
1. This week, Newton has successfully completed the second round token exchange. Thanks for the community members’ enthusiastic participation and supports!
2. The Newton operations team began to develop a tour plan and road map for the off-line meetings since this week, and we will meet with community members face-to-face as soon as possible.

Japanese publicity of the Newton project was officially launched this week. Six Japanese media, including coin-otaku.com and prtimes.jp, have reported and introduced the Newton project in detail, spreading the values and business model ideas of Newton project to more people.
