1. Newton official website now supports some new functions, including previews of community events, e-mail pushing and news subscriptions.
2. We have completed the second round test of the membership system on official website and prepare to launch this system.
3. We have completed the deployment of NewChain’s global test node.
4. We have completed the prototype development of NewChain’s custom Token function.
5. Newton’s technical team conducted an in-depth discussion on NewChain encryption algorithm and chip-level encryption solutions with Prof. He Debiao coming from the Cryptography and Blockchain Technology Lab. at Wuhan University. The design concept of NewChain algorithm and solutions were recognized by Professor He.

1. On June 21, 2018, Mr. Jizhe Xu, the founder of Newton, was invited to participate in the “11 Question asked by Mengdan | How to evaluate EOS?”
2. Mr. Jizhe Xu will attend the”Singapore World Blockchain Summit” to be held from July 17–18, 2018.The theme of this summit is “Next in Blockchain”, the summit have invited more than 1,500 industry elites come to the submit.

1. In the afternoon of June 23, 2018, Newton community member the Moon Cloud Team successfully initiated and organized Beijing Newton offline Meet-up (the second phase) with the help of the other co-organizers including the Elliptical Community, Yiniu Community, New Chain Finance, Creative Young Community, Aibi Finance, and Bitansuo.
Newton angel investor Mr. Jun Liu, who is also a co-founder of Lightinthebox (NYSE:LITB) introduced the overseas business layout of Newton and indicated that there are approximately 3billion RMB economy will hopefully enter NewMall the next year.
Newton advisor Prof. Xueyong Gu gave a keynote speech titled “Digital Asset Management in the Blockchain era”. He demonstrated the feasibility of the Newton projectfrom a technical perspective and put forward three characteristics that can beverified for digital assets.
Newton advisor Mr.Lee Willson introduced his experience in joining the blockchain industry, and further analyzed and interpreted the Newton project based on his experience in the blockchain industry.
Mr. Willson believes that the world we live in today is inseparable from the intermediary platform such as in shopping, travelling and many other aspects required third-party platforms. But in the future, Newton will provide decentralized protocols and infrastructure and construct a peer-to-peer world without a third-party or intermediaries.
Newton founder Mr.Jizhe Xu gave a speech titled “Newton: Protocol-based Economic Infrastructure”. He introduced in detail the origin of the Newton project naming,the original intention of the Newton project, and the logic of the Newton project,latest progress and so on.
During the Q&A interactive session, the speakers answered many questions coming from the audiences such as the TPS of NewChain, which data will be saved on blockchain,how to ensure the users own the data, and the relationship between Elastos and Newton and so on. All the audiences expressed that they hope to use Newton products asearly as possible and they are looking forward to build an ecological economic environment with Newton.
After the meeting, Mr. Jizhe Xu, the founder of Newton, accepted an exclusive interview by the media New Chain of finance.

2. Newton formally launched the “Global 100-City Tour — Let 100 Million People Learn About Newton” project. At present, the Newton WeChat Subscription Account has announced the contacts information. The community members who want to hold an offline meet-up can fill out the “Newton offline meet-up registration form” and become the meet-up holder applicant. After verified the relevant information of the applicant, Newton will arrange the schedule and provide support. In the third and fourth season of this year, Newton core team members and founders are going to the applicant’s city to meet local community members through offline activities.
In response to the project, the Newton Hebei Community “Bit headline” launched the “Newton National Community Node Lighting Plan”. This plan aims at visiting all the Newton community nodes throughout the country and helping communities to organize Newton offline meet-ups like Beijing and Shijiazhuang community.
3. Newton opened some social media channel for the offline event report and broadcast, such as huodongxing.com,hdb.com, Tencent video,Youku video, etc. More offline meet-ups’ preview and event videos will be released on these channels.
4. The number of Telegram English communities increased from 11,325 to 11,865 this week, with a growth rate of 4.8%. The number of Telegram Chinese community increased from 2920 to 2,972 this week,with a growth rate of 1.8%.
